What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an overload of message units,
disorganizing our inhibitory processes “Critical Mind” triggering our primitive
Fight/Flight mechanism and ultimately resulting in a hyper suggestible state
proving access to the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is a real science not an
exact science. It is acknowledged and accepted by the medical community as a
useful tool. Certified in Hypnosis but in a constant state of learning my work
is always evolving.
I use multiple progressive relaxations 5 to
15 minutes long depending on how deep I want to bring my subjects. My MP3’S are
multi layered and more often than not contain what are known as tones. Tones
include Alpha, Beta or Theta waves depending on the results I am looking for.
These waves cannot be heard by the human ear as they are less than 12HZ
(using binaural beats) but
are believed by some experts capable of changing a human beings brain wave
patterns.

My
Techniques
There
are several different methods, styles and techniques that I use to reach the
unconscious mind to invoke change. Each method has it's own strengths, and
weaknesses.
Every person is different, so it
stands to reason that the best results are obtained once a subject is better
known. A brief consultation will help achieve the goals we look for. I use what
I feel will work best and that will vary from person to person and recording to
recording.
For clarity I am listing “some”
of my methods.
Traditional
hypnosis, is simply making direct suggestions to the subconscious mind
unfortunately Traditional Hypnosis is not very effective for people who are
critical or analytical in their thinking processes. So my preferred method is t
Ericksonian Hypnosis or Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques as
they can work far better on people who are critical or analytical in their
thinking processes.
Ericksonian
hypnosis uses more
of what it is called indirect suggestions. Indirect suggestions are much harder
to resist because they are often not even recognized as suggestions by the
conscious mind, since they usually disguise themselves as stories or metaphors
or embedded phrases
Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP)
is a theory of language and communication and is a technique for mind, body and
spirit. Through the use of patterns and thought process creating a problem we
can use this to solve it.
Subliminal programming
through multiple tracks of sound layering track over track while taking you down
into a state of hypnosis is another form of embedding Post hypnotic Suggestions.
When it comes to control and
domination I am not the lion tamer with the whip and chair I am the snake
charmer. Creeping in under your radar making you want what I want.

Post
Hypnotic suggestions
P.H.S. or Post hypnotic suggestions are given while
the subject is under and typically last on the average, four to ten days without
reinforcement.

Can any
one be hypnotized?
Yes. Anyone with an open mind can be
hypnotized. For
those who believe they cannot be hypnotized they are correct. For fear is the
greatest inhibitor of accomplishment. If you cannot believe you can do something
you cannot accomplish it. I believe once a person has moved past their fear they
can accomplish whatever it is they set their mind to. For many it is simply a
matter of trusting the hypnotist. When that is the case it is only a matter of
time and continued attempts. Listening to an mp3 multiple times, as though
practicing being hypnotized is an effective way of moving beyond fear and into a
state of great serenity.

Can you make someone do
something they don't want to do?
No. I can plant seeds but even the subconscious mind has a
built in alarm system to protect itself
